AdministratorAcademe and Wikipedia—the online encyclopedia that anyone can edit—are growing closer. The Wikimedia Foundation which operates Wikipedia announced Tuesday that Kul Takanao Wadhwa formerly manager of partnerships and new business at Stanford University will join the Wikimedia Foundation as head of business development. Wadhwa will oversee the development of “new business and revenue-generating collaborations that support” the foundation’s mission.

" Kervielites are gathering on Facebook YouTube Dailymotion and Wikipedia including one group that’s seeking donations of a single euro from each of 5 billion donors in order to put the 31-year-old trader’s career back on the rails.
